Return/replacement
All products are produced once and made to order. Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product, or a manufacturing defect, we will offer a Free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 10 days of product delivery. please email us at pgodcustomerservice.com requesting a refund/reprint and with at least 2 clear photos showing the issue. There is no need to return damaged product. If there are multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo or (video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes. Please NOTE that PGOD will not be held responsible and will not offer reprint or refunds if ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.
